Customised Itinerary: Based on your preferences (discussed during your consultation), we provide a detailed itinerary for things to do and see in your destination.
Organised and Easy Access: Everything is arranged and sent to you in a convenient digital e-file, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your trip.
Journawell Team Support: You’ll have unlimited support from the Journawell team via WhatsApp messages or email to address any concerns or questions before, during or after your journey.
For any additional needs, please refer to the Premium Package. If you have specific requirements, simply notify our team during your consultation, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Please note: The prices listed for our concierge packages cover the management and coordination of your journey, including all the services provided as part of your tailored itinerary. The costs for travel-related expenses, such as flights, accommodation, transfers, and any additional purchases (such as experiences, activities, or extra services) are not included in the package fee. These additional costs will be arranged separately based on your preferences and will be communicated to you in advance.
