Book a one-hour no obligation consultation, either by video or phone, to fully understand your needs. During this call, we’ll discuss the number of people involved, travel dates, your preferences, likes, and dislikes, ensuring that we can create a bespoke package tailored just for you. We’ll also discuss your whole trip budget to ensure we can work within your financial parameters. If your travel is for medical reasons, we will ask about your medical records to ensure we have everything required for a smooth process. Additionally, we will ensure that you have all the correct documentation required for your destination. This session will be a comprehensive fact-finding mission for the Journawell team, gathering all the details we need to turn your dream into a reality. At the end of the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed consultation report to ensure we have fully understood your journey plan for your review.

Once you’ve reviewed and agreed to the consultation report, the next step is to confirm and pay for your selected package, whether it’s basic or premium. This is when we begin bringing your dream journey to life. Upon receiving payment, our team will start the detailed planning, ensuring every aspect of your trip—from travel arrangements to personalised activities—is carefully tailored to your needs. We will be in regular communication with you throughout the process to ensure you are happy with the plan. However, if you prefer to take a step back and let us lead, we are more than happy to manage everything on your behalf. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Once your package is finalised, you will receive your completed Journawell file, which contains all the details of your trip, including itineraries, medical records (if applicable), accommodation information, and activity schedules. If you’ve chosen the premium package, the file will also include all tickets and bookings for any activities arranged for you, along with all the extra details. Take the time to review the file and let us know if any final additions are needed. After that, you can relax, knowing that everything is in place.
